I am asking all the students in my homeroom today to bring in Holiday decorations for our Christmas Tree Parade at Athlos. All of the teachers get decorated like a tree by the students and walk through the halls! All decorations need to be in by December 15th, the tree parade will be on the 16th the last day before Winter Break. 

Week 1 is done and now we are going to dive into MN History material!

 

The beginning of the week we will focus on Primary and Secondary Artifacts using historical inquiry.  

 

Wednesday 9/14 Students will be able to bring in a personal artifact from their life to share with the class, which we will then complete an activity with. 

 

On Thursday and Friday we will begin and work on a MN Map Project of the physical features of our state. This map will be a graded assignment!

 

Don't forget that Friday 9/16 is a Spirt Day -  MN Sports Day!!

-Wear MN team apparel to school, they do not need to follow normal uniform policies on this day, just make sure to wear school appropriate clothing.
