Hello Families, 

 

I hope everyone had a nice weekend. We had a great first week of school and we will continue to learn and get to know each other this week!

 

Here are a few reminders:

 

-Students must be in uniform every day

-Fitness will be every day so please wear tennis shoes

-This Friday, September 16 is Minnesota Sports Day 

 

Here is a look at what we're learning this week:

 

Language Arts: We will start a new novel called, One Day on a Prairie. Students will learn to take notes on each section of the book.

 

Math: We will be learning about rounding, estimating, and how to solve multi-step word problems.

 

Social Studies: We will start Chapter 1: Geography of the United States.
