Hello Families,

 

I hope everyone had a nice weekend! It feels like we are finally starting to settle in to the routine of school again and I'm excited to see where this year takes us. 

 

Here is what we are learning about this week:

 

Language Arts: We will be learning about summaries and theme. Students will take a quick quiz about writing summaries on Wednesday. As a reminder, students will always have a spelling test on Friday.

Math: We will take a test on Unit 1 on Monday and then start a Multiplication Unit on Tuesday.

 

Science: Students will take a test on the Water Cycle Unit on Monday and then start a new Rocks and Minerals Unit on Tuesday.

 

Social Studies: We will continue to work on Chapter 2.

 

Reminders: Please make sure your child is in uniform every day and has tennis shoes for fitness.
