Language Arts Foundations is based on the Read 180 Houghton Mifflin Harcourt curriculum. This multimedia curriculum allows your child to receive more targeted and individualized reading and writing instruction. It is a blended learning intervention program that builds reading comprehension, academic vocabulary, and writing skills. Within the classroom we have 4 rotations: Independent Reading, Whole Group Instruction, Small Group Instruction, and Computer Application. We will also be supplementing the curriculum with the Evan- Moore teaching resources, IXL computer program, and PRESS reading program.
