Continuing our penguin writings

Upcoming Dates:

Monday, February 6th: Conferences (No school)

Tuesday, February 14th: We will have a small Valentine's Celebration on this day! I have attached a PDF for more information and will send this home tomorrow. You are welcome to decorate a box/bag at home for Valentine's Day. I will be providing bags for everyone to decorate in class as well 😊

Friday, February 17th: Red, White, and Blue Day

Monday, February 20th: Presidents Day (No school)

Tuesday, February 21st: World Culture Day (more information to come)

Reminders:

-Please sign up for conferences!

-Please remind your child about iPad/technology rules in the classroom  (no pictures, videos, or passwords on their school iPads)

Reminders: 

-Please label your child’s jackets and hats/gloves if possible!

-With the cooler weather coming, if your child brings snow pants or boots, please let me know if they are to keep them at school for recess or bring it home each day.

Upcoming Dates: 

Thursday, November 17th: 50th Day of School! Your child can dress up in 50s attire! Kindergarten will also be doing root beer floats this day with vanilla ice cream  πŸ˜Š  

November 23rd, 24th, 25th: NO SCHOOL (Thanksgiving break)

December 1st: Trimester I ends

December 14th: Report Cards will go home.

Book Fair for our class is November 2nd from 11:30-12:00

 

Monday, November 7th: Conferences (NO SCHOOL).

I highly encourage everyone to sign up for conferences! Conferences will be in person and will last up to 20 minutes. Please show up on time for the time you select. You can wait outside the classroom if you come early and I am still in another meeting. Our classroom is #201, and it is the last classroom on your left, near an exit door. Everyone should have been emailed how to sign up for conferences; please let me know if not. There will be no school on this day, only conferences.
