- December 17: Order forms sent home
- January 7: Order forms and money due
- January 27: Pizza pick-up (2:30-5:30 PM at Door C)
How It Works:
- Paper order forms will be sent home with students on December 17
- Printable forms will also be posted on the News and Info section of the school website
- Payment: Cash only – checks will not be accepted
Top Seller Prizes (Students & Staff):
- 1st Place: $100 Target Gift Card
- 2nd Place: $80 Target Gift Card
- 3rd Place: $50 Target Gift Card

Teacher Action Items:
- Share the attached flyer and order forms on classroom webpages, parent letters, and any communication sent home
- Remind students about the fundraiser and prizes at morning meetings
- As order forms and money are returned to you, turn them in to the front desk. DO NOT HOLD FORMS UNTIL THE DAY THEY ARE DUE!
- Before turning in orders: Verify each submission has (1) a legible student name, (2) the order form, and (3) cash only – no checks. If anything is missing or incorrect, send the entire order home with the student to fix before submitting. Do not turn in incomplete orders.
- If students return a form after January 7, please email the front desk to see if we can still accept it
