Schedule of Operation
- Monday–Friday: 6:30am–7:30am
- Monday–Thursday: 2:45pm–5:00pm
- Fridays: 12:00pm–5:00pm
Tuition
- Before School: $12.00 per day (M–F)
- After School: $12.00 per day (M–TH)
- After School: $18.00 per day (F)
What to expect after you apply
- Spots are filled first come, first serve until we reach capacity. You'll receive an acceptance email or a waiting list placement email on August 4, 2026
- If accepted, you’ll receive an email confirming the $25.00 registration fee will be charged to the credit card provided at registration.
- Your September invoice will be emailed on August 4, 2026, due August 15, 2026.
- All enrolled families set up automatic payments as the primary payment method for their tuition account.
Good to know
- A late fee of $1.00 per minute will be applied for pickups after 5:00pm.
- Athlos does not offer transportation for the Extended Day Program. Parents/guardians are responsible for picking up their student(s).
- Athlos is unable to accept child care assistance or scholarships as tuition payments for the Extended Day Program.
