We are pleased to invite you to our upcoming Parent Teacher Conferences scheduled for Thursday, October 8 from 3:15pm – 6:00pm and Friday, October 9 from 7:30am - 11:45am. This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with your child’s teacher, discuss their progress, celebrate their successes, and work together to support their continued growth.
PreK – 4th Grade Families, please use our pickAtime system to sign up for a time to meet with your student’s homeroom teacher. Attached you will find instructions on how to Login/Sign Up and how to select a time slot.

5th – 8th Grade Families, conferences are held on a first come, first serve basis. You are welcome between the hours of 3:15pm and 6:00pm on Thursday, October 8 or 7:30am - 11:45am on Friday, October 9 to meet with each of your students’ teachers for fifteen minutes each.
Virtual and phone conferences are also available during conferences or on non-conference days. Please coordinate with your students’ teacher/s to set up a convenient time that works for you.
