Reminders:

 

Students should be practicing their sight words, reading 20 min/day and returning completed homework everyday.

 

This Week...

Math: We will continue to work on representing numbers using number lines, counters, and number grids. Students will also be adding and subtracting as well as comparing numbers. The Unit 1 test will be taken at the end of this week. 

 

ELA: We will continue to learn about character traits, describing the setting and characters in a story, and introducing Beginning, Middle, and End. 

 

Social Studies: We will be discussing how to be a good citizen. We have discussed that good citizens are responsible, with helping hands, careful listening ears, kind words, and thinking about good choices.
