Week of 12/5
Hello Families,
Welcome to Trimester 2!
Here is a look at our week:
Language Arts: Students did an amazing job finishing up and presenting their animal reports last week. This week, we will be reviewing and taking a test on Unit 1. Then we will start Unit 3 by reviewing the setting, plot and characters. Students will take a spelling test on Friday.

Math: We will be taking learning all about decimals this week. We will take a quiz on Tuesday.
Science: We are officially starting science again! We will be starting a new Unit this week on States of Matter.
Social Studies: We will start Chapter 5, lesson 1 and 2 in social studies which focuses on the Northeast Region of the United States.
Reminders: Our field trip is this week on Thursday, December 8. Report cards for Trimester 1 will go home on Wednesday, December 14. If you have any extra decorations for our Tree Parade in a couple weeks, please send them to school with your child!
